1. Search & Screening
Thank you for applying to become part of our amazing family. We're currently reviewing applications and assessing other candidates. Please be patient, and we'll get in touch with you soon. Ensure all sections of the instructor application page are filled out correctly.
2. Interview & Evaluation
Our interview process is unique. We expect candidates to be ready for challenges that demonstrate their preparedness and commitment. If you're not open to these challenges, you may not be ready to join our family.
We strive to be the best private swimming provider locally and globally, setting ourselves up for success. Embrace the challenges, and you'll excel, regardless of the difficulty.
3. Agreement
Once everything is complete, checked, and meets our expectations, we're thrilled to welcome you to the AQUA S.T.A.R. family. You'll receive an agreement outlining your role as a private swimming instructor.
Please review, initial where necessary, sign and send it back to us. Meanwhile, we'll set up your profile and get you ready to join our team.
