This guidlines are as follow
Community Pool requires special attention when booking for trial and regular lessons.
Trial lesson fee: To book a trial lesson fee is $1 for all clients. For trial lessons at a community pool, clients cover the instructor’s 1-time admission fee.
Swimming proficiency: Participants should have some basic swimming skills like blowing bubbles, floating, and basic kicks and arm movements.
Facility usage: Lessons take place in designated lanes for lap swimming or the regular pool area as needed.
Instructor selection: After the trial lesson, you can see the pricing for your chosen instructor.
Consistency with instructor: You’ll continue with the same instructor throughout unless any issues arise.
Reimbursement: If you purchase a plan, we’ll reimburse your trial lesson admission fee.
Admission fee responsibility: For lessons in a community pool, you’ll need to cover the pool facility’s admission fee.
Lesson scheduling: Coordinate lesson days with the community pool’s public swim sessions.
Pool’s decision and refund: If the pool doesn’t allow private instruction, our standard refund policy applies.
Admission fee refund: The admission fee will be fully refunded according to our cancellation policy.
