Hi! I've been passionately teaching for 4 years whether that's swimming lessons or bronze medallion/cross lifeguarding courses. I've worked for the city of Richmond providing public swim lessons and at the Arbutus club providing private swim lessons to members. I've worked with all ages ranging from 2 months old to adults, and taught new parents water safety with their infants/toddlers. One thing that stays consistent through all my teaching is tailoring each lesson to the students' interests and keeping it fun with games and songs that practice essential aquatic skills. I enjoy watching each student progress through their swimming abilities while maintaining a welcoming and an encouraging environment. Through this service I hope to provide knowledgeable one-on-one swim lessons for clients who want to develop their swimming further. In my free time I enjoy hiking, baking, and spending time with friends and family. Looking forward to working with you soon!
