Growing up, I spent much of my summers swimming in my grandparents pool and at our family cottage. Back then, swimming was a staple in everyday life. Since then, I’ve continued to love the activity for both the recreational and fitness benefits it brings. Whether I am teaching classes, swimming laps or freediving in the ocean, I find myself immersed in aquatic activity on a weekly basis. Swimming is an important part of my life, and I want to encourage you to make it an important part of your life too!
