This guidlines are as follow
Host Shared Pool requires special attention when booking for trial and regular lessons.
- Strictly adhere to entry procedures, check-in protocols, and safety guidelines for host shared pool facilities. Failure to comply may result in access removal and potential account termination without refund.
- Access is limited to the swimming pool and designated showers only. Other areas like changing rooms or lounges may not be accessible unless specified in the host’s pool regulations.
- After using the shared pool facility, promptly leave the premises after showering to allow a smooth transition for the next client. Avoid lingering to respect others’ scheduled lessons.
- Outside food, except water, is not allowed to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Please refrain from bringing food items other than water to prevent pool contamination.
- If bringing children for private swimming lessons, clients must be present throughout the session to ensure constant supervision and prioritize their safety. Avoid leaving the premises during the lesson.
- Instructors require children to be under the constant supervision of their guardians or parents. This rule ensures safety and a responsible learning environment. Instructors may decline the next private swimming lesson if this requirement is not met.
- Respect the privacy of our hosts who generously provide their private swimming pools for AQUA S.T.A.R.’s guests. Avoid intruding on personal spaces or accessing areas beyond the designated pool area to maintain a positive and respectful relationship.
