Pay Rate Method: Tier Advancement

All instructors will earn an percentage based on the tiers they are at. Very simple, very rewarding, highest pay rate in the market without our additional bonus program.

Advancement Requirement

Each instructor must meet 4 of 5 requirements to advance to the next payment level. Each of the four tiers will have its own requirements for instructors to advance. Tier determines earnings percentage and prospective earnings rate. Your profits depend on a client’s lesson purchase. New instructors must have eight years of experience before starting at the T3 level.

Bonus and Rewards

Monthly Tier Bonus

Earn a starting commission up to 16% from your private swim lesson which accumulates within each month of teaching.

Package Bonus

Earn a bonus up to $125 on every plan you sell to your new client.

Annual Bonus

(total amount of lessons taught) x ( your earning pay rate average of the year) x up to 2%

Example:

  • Taught 700 lessons in a year
  • T4 – Average Pay $65/hr
  • Multiple by 2%

Referral Bonus

Receive up to a $25 from personally referred private swim instructors.

Additional Benefits

Plan Change

If you do decide to change your earning potential from one to another, the administrator fee is up to $50ย 

Distance Charge Coverage

Will cover your distance charge gas up to 100%

Recertification Coverage

Any re-certification you have taken and proven with a receipt and paper will be covered up to 80%

Instructor Equipment Coverage

AquaSTAR will cover up to $50 worth of equipment with a valid receipt. Second, an instructor must have sold a subscription to a customer for us to immediately return the complete amount he spent on his teaching equipment.
